Before you write

What helps us answer faster

  • What kind of kitchen you run: pizza, Asian takeaway, fried chicken, fast casual, sandwich shop, food truck or something else.
  • How many locations, and whether you already have a delivery zone in mind.
  • A link to your current site, if you have one, so we can see what is worth keeping.
  • The one thing that would make the biggest difference: more orders, a faster site, or getting off a delivery app fee.

What happens next

From message to a plan that fits

  1. 1

    You send a message

By email, the form below, or a demo booking. Whichever is easiest for you.

  2. 2

    A person replies

Within one working day, with questions or a direct answer, not an auto-reply.

  3. 3

You see the plan that fits

Order Starter, Order Engine or Full Kitchen, based on what you actually need.

Or send a message

Tell us what you run and what the site needs to do. We read every message ourselves.

Optional. We only call if you ask us to.

Leave blank if you do not have one yet.

A person replies within one working day. We never share your details.

Before you reach out

What do I actually get for the monthly fee?

A full website built for a takeaway, delivery or fast casual kitchen: a menu that reads clearly, ordering that stays on your own site, delivery zone and pickup time pages, managed hosting, and weekly researched articles. Plans start at $117 a month, with a $647 one-time build fee invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Order Starter, 10 on Order Engine while the AI Engine is trained on your menu and policies, and 15 on Full Kitchen with the Content Engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

Can the site handle both delivery and pickup, or just one?

Both. The ordering flow asks the customer to choose delivery or pickup upfront and shows the correct time estimate, minimum order and any delivery zone restriction for whichever they pick, rather than treating every order the same way.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your menu, delivery zones or coverage area, brand, domain and where orders should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
